「Many overseas visitors do not know the Heathrow area and the bus system is a nightmare to navigate. Transport directions from Heathrow to hotel were not provided which was very unhelpful and contributed to my late arrival. No accommodation was make for late check-ins. 「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera.
