「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「Easy to book, to access and a worry free stay」

「Great place to stay if you'd like to have kitchen access. Fridge, Kettle, Cups, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk provided. Bed was VERY comfortable. Bedding all clean. TV is streaming only - no regular TV channels. Could adjust the room temperature via the radiator dial. The shower is in the room, not in a separate bathroom. It didn't bother me, but it's unusual. It's not a luxurious place to stay, but it's clean, comfortable and affordable in this expensive area. The staff were extremely friendly and...

「SleepNeat is a little gem and proper home from home. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Situated in a quiet residential area yet just over a mile from Ascot racecourse it was ideal for our stay. We were visiting Royal Ascot for the first time and combined that with a visit the previous evening to Windsor races (an Oasis tribute band were performing after the races which was a welcome bonus).
