What a pity that you slept so uncomfortable in our Waldorf Astoria Signature beds. Usually our guests love them and many of them also order them on our website. Please be informed that our Hilton Honors Silver, Gold & Diamond benefits at the Waldorf Astoria include free internet and free Spa entrance.
