“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. “What a lovely place. The location is central and two streets over from the main shopping street with lots of cafés and restaurants but the street the apartment is on is very quiet. The design is very creative and the loft a great use of the space and a fun experience. The place was clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I will be coming again.”

“Was für eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“Die Buslinie 136 nach Spandau Rathaus ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Der nächste Rewe, der bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat ist mit dem Auto nur 3 Min. entfernt und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen in ca. 10 Min. ”

“Your apartment was great; clean, had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts, sleep, clean-up during a 6 day visit with our daughter who lives nearby. The metro stop Ostkruetz is a 10 minute walk away, there are a couple of good, small restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was lively, safe, always busy and energetic. One night the loud police sirens on the street outside kept me away for a couple of hours, otherwise it was quiet. All in all, a conveniently location, efficient apartment for……
