Quiet neighborhood
The apartment is near hospital and medical school,so is quiet and about 10-15 minutes walk to the museum island and other city center. If you like walking and with little luggage, then this might be ok for you. The receptionists’ service were good and really helped me with the room changing stuffs whole heartedly. Yet, the 2nd day we were waking up around 8 am by housekeeping knocking at the door and we were still sleep. The same day, After we came back from outside, we found that the house keeping didn’t refill our coffee,tea packs and lotions in the bathroom. I have no idea if this is the Adina style to save the environment ?

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel with great experience during my stay!!! I had got free upgrade and the room is really big indeed. The room is well equipped with kitchens wares and washing machines that really benefited for my stay. The bouns are the gym room and swimming pool where I had do excecises almost everyday. Highly recommend for your stay in Berlin!

Excellent location and great staff!
Convenient location less than 10 mins walk to the Berlin central station. Bus stops are closed by with buses that take you to all the attractions in Berlin. It’s closed to 2 grocery makers too. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. The night time staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only draw back is that they don’t have tooth brushes in the hotel room. But luckily I brought mine.

The room is big, and it is very convenient. From the Berlin Central Station to this hotel, it only take a few mins by Bus.

Property is conveniently located to mayor attractions. 20 minutes walk to museum island which include the Berlin Dom, tv tower. Also walking for 20 minutes in the opposite side you can reach the arch, the Berlin Wall museum, Check point, and belin mall which has several restaurants and shoping center

This place was located in the convenient place. It was just right hotel. Room size was comfortable as well. Having pool, washing machine and dryer was really helpful. The breakfast was pleasant, but thought a bit pricey for what it is. One of the towels provided in the room was dirty, but other than that, I would recommend it.

Lovely spacious room with all the facilities we needed. Really comfortable bed and bedding, bathrobes, balcony with great city views. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We could come and go, self cater or eat out as we pleased. The Adina aparthotel is easy walking distance from the main station and well located for all the museums. Great experience. My only regret is we didn't have time to try out the pool and sauna. Would definitely stay again.

I booked two beds and was given 1 double bed. When I inquired about the mix up, I was told that l had to make a request in advance for 2 beds. I then requested two bed and the staff told me that it would be completed the next day. However, when I checked the next day, it wasn’t completed. I was eventually moved to another room to compensate for their mistake. Because of their generosity, I decided to extend my stay but that’s where things got complicated. I was told one thing by one staff member and the next day told something different. It was a very frustrating process to extend my stay but in the end, I had no choice but to stay an additional night due to not having other arrangements. I left this hotel very angry because I changed my plans based on a staff member’s word and then I ended up paying more for the additional night due to bad information.

It is a 10 minute walk to main train station,one minute walk to m trains and 5 minute walk to u trains. Serves breakfast and pizza after 4 until 11. Bar is open 430-12 Awsam the bartender is great. Clean rooms and common places. Fridge, microwave,dishwasher, cookings needs, washer and dryer.

Great property. Close to main train station and walkable distance to Reichstag and gates. Staff were attentive and efficient. Room was very serviceable and well appointed. Great to have washing machine/ dryer and cooking facilities. Would stay again.

Good stay, but don’t touch my stuff
The apartment was perfect. Good location. The only downside was, that the cleaning lady took all of our empty bottles and shopping bags (including one with snacks in it), when they were clearly not thrown in the garbage, and we were planing on returning the bottles to the store.

wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Es ist ruhig, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider können die Zimmermädchen kaum deutsch oder englisch deshalb ist die Verständigung ein wenig schwierig. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel gut gelegen wir haben das meiste zu Fuß erreicht ansonsten ist Bus und Schienenverkehr fast vor der Tür. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Adina trænger til renovering - det er slidt flere steder. Man sover ikke godt i sovesofaen i stuen - du ligger ikke plant. Vi gjorde opmærksom på problemet i to dage, og Adina forsøgte at udbedre to gange - men det lykkedes ikke. Vi tjekkede ud en dag før vi skulle rejse efter en nat på en madras på gulvet. Da vi tjekker ud blev jeg i receptionen spurgt til hvorfor jeg ikke havde spurgt efter en ny seng? Træningscenteret var OK, men der var ikke bægre til det kolde vand som var tilgængeligt i lokalet - det gjorde jeg opmærksom på - dagen efter var der stadig ingen bægre. Måske et lille problem - men det understreger bare niveauet. Kan ikke anbefale Adina.
