失望，房间有出入
上次来柏林订的这家酒店觉得位置非常好，交通方便，周围还有好吃的市场所以这次又订了这家，没想到超级失望。订的和上次一样的房型，双人间带公共浴室，结果这一次房间里就没有洗手池，下去和前台说了一下结果他说不可能，带他上来一看发现真的没有，商量换房间，结果他说这两天球赛都满了不可能，态度也非常敷衍，真的觉得反差太大，本来就是冲着屋里有洗手池订的。另外公共浴室的洗手池很小，屋内的灯光很昏暗，虽然位置好，但下次绝不会再来

I'm sure our receptionists have done what has been possible but as said, we were sold out over the match weekend sot there wasn't a possibility to change the room. We're sorry you've got the only twin room without a sink and that we couldn't help you about it. We'd love to see you again when you are in Berlin and maybe you give us a second chance. 宿舍有電梯。位置不錯，往來機場大約20分鐘，也很近車站和地鐵站，前往景點也算方便。廚房在地下，可煮食。可免費寄存行李。職員友善。管理挺有系統的。每個床位都有插頭和床頭燈。

Everything needs a deposit but it will be returned. The kitchen is fine. The showers has no place to hang out cloths.

Dear Guest, we're sorry you did not feel well at our Hostel. It is really important for us to know the opinion of our guests and we would have been very happy to hear personally your thoughts so that we could maybe try to resolve your problem on site. We are currently working on a new decoration concept with a dutch inner designer and things are looking good. Skønt hostel i rolige omgivelser med sødt personal
Et rigtig fint hostel. Sødt personale og fine værelser. Hostelet ligger i et dejligt roligt område tæt på offentlig transport og selvom der var gang i baren om aftenen, var vi ikke generet af det. Meget glad for vores ophold og vil gerne komme igen.

This was our first stay in a Hostel. This was a pleasant experience. Good WiFi! Beds were pretty comfortable. There was no A/C, but we kept the windows open and were cool enough. Plenty of outlets! The ladies restroom was clean.

War in einem Vier-Personen-Zimmer untergebracht. Meist blieb ein Bett leer. Man konnte dennoch - ohne Schnarcher - gut schlafen. Die Umgebung - Kneipen und Markthalle - war sehr ansprechend. Die U-Bahnstation "Turmstraße" nicht allzu weit entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich.

Mangelhafter Komfort und Servie
Preisleitungsverhältnis sehr schwach. Einzelzimmer gleicht einer Zelle und ist lieblos eingerichtet. Kein Service. Bettwäsche sollte selber abgezogen werden, kein Frühstück im Preis enthalten. Zimmer sind eng aneinander, sodass man trotz Einzelzimmer keine Ruhe durch Lärm der andern Gäste findet.

Vielen Dank für diese konstruktive Bewertung. Leider können wir aufgrund der anonymen Bewertung keinen direkten Bezug auf Ihre Reservierung nehmen, daher diese eher allgemein gehaltene Antwort: Grundsätzlich ist ausgeschrieben, dass eine Reservierung kein Frühstück beinhaltet, anderenfalls ist dies ausgewiesen. Die Nähe der aneinandergrenzenden Zimmer liegt an der Gestaltung des Gebäudes - die Ruhe sollte dennoch gegeben sein, da unsere Kollegen in den Stunden der Nachtruhe regelmäßig auf den Gängen schauen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir sind 24 Stunden an Bar und Rezeption, es gibt eine Whatsappnummer die man sogar bequem vom Zimmer aus Kontaktieren kann oder man kommt eben einfach runter um eine Beschwerde vorzubringen. Die Zimmer wurden alle in den letzten 2 Jahren renoviert und entsprechen unserem Designkonzept, schade, dass das nicht für Sie funktioniert hat. Unsere Dezemberpreise sind sehr niedrig und auch im Vergleich mit anderen Häusern in der Stadt bieten wir eines der besten Preisleistungsverhältnisse an. Leider passt das Konzept des Hostels nicht zu allen Gästen und dass Sie eine unangenehme Erfahrung gemacht haben, tut uns Leid. Mit freundlichen Grüßen das Amstel House Team

Good connections and good breakfast-
Excellent place, good connections with Ubahn and bus. The staff is really nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but it just needs to be better well kept.

Ein frühzeitiges Einchecken wurde ohne vorherige Prüfung kategorisch abgelehnt. In der Nacht hat der Mitarbeiter uns gedroht, dass er uns rausschmeißen könnte, weil wir samstagnachts (!) alkoholisiert im Voyer waren. Ein absolutes no-go, wenn man sich nicht unverschämt und auffällig verhält!

gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang. Nicht gefallen hat mir hauptsächlich die Enge im Bad. Wenn man schon in einem Zimmer mit 3 fremden Personen schläft, benötigt man doch zumindest einen Rückzugsraum, in dem man sich umziehen kann. Der zur verfügende Raum war aus meiner Sicht dafür nicht ausreichend.

Stay again but different room.
Great spot location etc. Easily walked into the center of Berlin. The only issue was some noise from the court yard especially in the morning with the delivery truck.

One short night solo stay
The checkin/out is good. I stayed only for 1 short night before heading to the airport so it is ok but remark that the Bathroom is not clean.

Good Berlin option, beware some internet problems.
Actually a pretty good hostel. I had two major issues. ZERO wifi in room. No signal strength at all even on laptop. In common areas signal strength is good. Also hostel was PACKED with 12-15 year olds. Not my cup of tea lol. Location wise its not bad, less than 1k to a metro. Nice game room and bar.

Super nettes Personal, ich konnte mittags meinen Koffer im Keller unterstellen, bis ich dann nachts um 2 Uhr zurück war für den Check-In, das war alles kein Problem. Zimmer sauber, Bett groß genug, leise Mitbewohner, saubere Duschen und Toiletten. Bettwäsche bekommt man zum Selbstbeziehen, Handtuch und Hygieneartikel muss man selber mitbringen. Frühstück gibt es für zusätzliche 6 Euro. WLAN inclusive.
