Great stay for OCMD

Check in was easy. Their place accommodated a family well. Great for kids and adults. Ideal location for the beach with a short ride if you don’t want the hustle and bustle closer to the beach. Beautiful place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two families with children is different age groups. Everyone of us were comfortable in the property. Had a pleasant stay when not in the beach. All amenities were intact and suffice for a comfortable stay. OC beach is 30 minutes away and the Assateague Island beaches are about same distance. The neighborhood is very welcoming and safe for walking, running, biking. Perfect place to consider for vacation near OC MD.

House was big, beautiful and great location with a beautiful deck off the master bedroom and nice fenced in yard. However, we left a day early due to bugs. Ants on the kitchen counter and in the sitting room, spiders both alive and some that had been there for a bit with their webs on every floor of the house and in the corn hole game in the bottom floor and even in the master bedroom shower. They were very responsive and came out same day to spray. Next morning there was a black spider that greated me by the coffee maker and ants in the counter. Also there was a blanket folded up in sitting room with crumbs in it which had us questioning how clean there blankets are etc.Also the wifi was not strong throughout the house. If they can work out the bug issue and clean all blankets it would be great for future renters with children.
