Review

The property owner charged us for electricity usuage and tourist tax and demanded payments with cash only. She only spoke to us in German and the majority of the time it seemed that she was screaming at us. The house is in the middle of a bush and at night it is extremely hard to enter. The door does not lock and you have to slam it very hard for it to close. Overall, not a very good experience.

Schimmelbungalow- nie wieder

Bei Einzug kam uns ein modriger Geruch entgegen. Wir mussten nach 3 Nächten wieder ausziehen, da wir aufgrund des Schimmels gesundheitliche Probleme (Halskratzen und belegte Lunge) hatten. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Außenfenster- das Fenster geht in den Essbereich. Gebucht wurde es über Belvill by Oyo ( Der Vermieter hat uns nur einen Tag erstattet haben, anstelle der 4 Nächte, die wir zwar bezahlt haben, aber aufgrund des Schimmels nicht geblieben sind. Der Eigentümer ist unerlaubt und unabgesprochen in den Bungalow gekommen als wir nicht vor Ort waren und hat die Heizung angedreht und die Quittung für die Bezahlung der Kurtaxe mitgenommen. Wir hatten um einen Ersatzbungalow gebeten, darum wurde sich ebenfalls nicht gekümmert. Sehr schlechte Unterkunft. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen auch nur eine Nacht dort zu übernachten.

Essraum nicht beheizbar bei 9 Grad Außentemperatur. Aufnahme der mahlzeiten im Wohnraum am Minitisch. Duschen in Badewanne nur schwer erreichbar.

Gemütlich

Es ist ein altes Objekt mit dem Charme einer Datsche. Trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Das Häuschen steht in einem Garten mit Baumbestand in zweiter Reihe. Sehr ruhig. In der Küche gibt´s alles was man braucht. Auch Mikrowelle und Toaster. Kaffeemaschine schon älteres Baujahr, aber funktioniert einwandfrei. Im Bad gibt es eine Duschwanne. Das kleine Wohnzimmer riecht ein bisschen muffig. Wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Aber es gibt ja noch das Esszimmer mit großem Tisch und 6 Stühlen. Insgesamt 3 Fernseher (wenn man es braucht). Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Viele Schränke vorhanden. Man kann schön draußen sitzen und wird von niemanden gestört. Die Vermieterin ist ne echte fleißige Berlinerin und sehr nett. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Alles in allem für den Preis wirklich in Ordnung. Wer Luxus braucht, muss ins Hotel. Das Objekt selbst steht in einer ruhigen Straße mit altem Kopfsteinpflaster. S-Bahn und U-Bahn jeweils in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Für einen Städtetrip prima. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Restaurants, Imbisse und alles, was man braucht in der Nähe. WLAN wäre noch perfekt gewesen. Aber wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Achtung Flöhe!

Unterkunft war eigentlich ganz gut. Etwas schrullig eingerichtet, eigentlich sauber. Mit Erschrecken mussten wir allerdings feststellen, dass mehrere von uns Flohbisse hatten. Wir haben auch mehrere Flöhe in den Betten entdeckt. Trotzdem hat die Vemieterin sehr unhöflich darauf reagiert, als wir ihr das mitgeteilt haben. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne und Günstige Ferienwohnung. Sehr viel Platz und Sauber. Nette und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis da keine Zusatzkosten für Handtücher, Bettwäsche oder sonstiges entstehen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus in sehr guter Berlin-Lage

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und es sind alle notwendigen Inventargegenstände in ausreichendem Mass vorhanden, sehr schön ist der grosse Garten. Einziger Kritikpunkt :die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer bedürfen dringend einer Erneuerung.

Gediegene Unterkunft

War alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Bedienung der Heizung, sowohl der elektrischen Heizkörper als auch der Fußbodenheizung, welche wir nicht in den Griff bekamen.
