The home was located in a nice neighborhood. Home was well maintained and setup nice. The floors could have been mopped more or better as it was a constant battle keeping one’s feet clean. Bunk beds were rather uncomfortable. The hot water quit working our last night stay. Definitely would recommend and would stay again. Would love to hear about upgrades on the basement for larger groups.

Cozy Beach Home

Great space in this cozy beach home. Only 15 min from the beach. The neighborhood has plenty of amenities including a weekly farmers market on Saturdays.

Decent and good location for adults

This rental has a good location in Ocean Pines, not far from Assateague and Ocean City, of course. We had no luck reaching the management company by VRBO messages or e-mail prior to our stay. Call the number provided if you want to get any response. Once I talked to a real person, they were helpful. We also found the property to be nicely tidied up and there were nice clean linens on the beds and in the bathrooms when we arrive. However, it was dirty in other way. For instance, walking around the rental for 10 minutes after we arrived and we all discovered the bottoms of our feet were black. The garage, which accessible for parking was full of junk, smelly and dirty. The listing says there is a pool. What it doesn't say is that the pool is at the shared pool/beach facility in Ocean City and that the pool is open to the public. Also, there is a nominal charge to enter the pool and a significant charge to park at the facility. This might all be ok if your intention is to spend your time at Ocean City. For us, it was an inconvenient drive and an added expense that wasn't clearly listed in the description. Finally, if you have younger kids who like to run around outside, this probably may not be the best for you. It's built on a hill and runs up against woods. When we stayed here mid-summer, the area below the deck was full of leaves and moldy smelling.

Perfect vacation

Home exactly as described. Very spacious. Within 10-20 minutes of all area attractions. Utilized three of the five pools in Ocean Pines and one playground. The toaster broke, called and was replaced same day- awesome customer service. The only caution I would mention is the windows in the sunroom. They have a screen but have plastic covering instead of glass. These are floor to ceiling windows. We had a toddler who easily could have punctured plastic. Ocean City retreat

We spent three weeks in the Ocean Pines development in July. Friends and family were able to visit, and we had great weather the entire time. The description of the property and the pictures were accurate. The main advantage to this home is that there are three main living areas, with lots of room to spread out. The home was very clean when we arrived. There was an issue with us bringing our dog initially, but the property manager was able to resolve it. We alerted them to a leak in the roof of the sunroom, and a handyman was supposed to come out to take a look, but no one ever showed up. Turnkey was very quick to get back to us via text when we had concerns. The pools and the playground were great - our grandchildren loved them. The main negative with this rental is that we were there for three weeks and could not receive mail or Amazon deliveries. The mail is delivered to the homeowner’s group mailboxes, and we did not have a key. Amazon will not deliver here, either. The HOA of Ocean Pines needs to address both of these issues. AWESOME MUCH NEEDED GETAWAY!!!

This house was much better in person than the pictures showed. It was super spacious, comfortable and welcoming. We would totally rent this house again. It was a great getaway during the pandemic of 2020. Ocean pines has so much to do for the kids. The kids biked, fished and explored all of the outdoor spaces in The Pines.
