Seit Juli 2015 sind Saunaanwendungen mit dem allgemeinen Steuersatz von 19% zu versteuern, die Nutzung des Pool- und Fitnessbereichs mit 7%. Dies gilt auch für Spa-Bereiche in Hotels. Der Gesetzgeber geht davon aus, dass jeder Spa-Besucher auch die Sauna nutzt und somit wären für jede Übernachtung beide Leistungen mit dem jeweiligen Steuersatz auszuweisen. Zur Vermeidung einer entsprechenden Anpassung der Zimmerraten, haben wir uns entschlossen, die Saunanutzung gesondert und nicht als Package zu berechnen. Ihre Anmerkungen bezüglich der Club-Etage nehmen wir ernst, und wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Sie dadurch erfahren haben. Es freut uns jedoch zu hören, dass Sie den guten Service in der Club-Lounge geschätzt haben. Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen zur Fingerfood-Befüllung und Getränkeauswahl zur Kenntnis und werden sicherstellen, dass diese Aspekte in Zukunft verbessert werden.
