"Great hotel in a great location close to all the museums and attractions. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back the next time I go to Berlin."

"A really handy location for the train station Berlin HBF, friendly and welcoming staff. A good location for walking around Berlin, or hopping on/off underground. Room was a good size, very clean and free shampoo, various bodywash and soaps. Handy to have a kettle in the room, along with the coffee maker. All the amenities you'd expect from an excellent hotel. A major concern was the breakfast, none of the foods were labeled for allergies such as nuts, which made breakfast a challenge for some, which ruined the breakfast experience."

"Extremely disappointed with InterCityHotel. They were good before but with my recent experience. It became the worst in my list. None of them cares to answer messages or emails. It took them days to acknowledge and another week to answer. I will probably not going to book any of your hotels from now. Worst of the worst!"

"Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there. Room good. Location as promised. Good. Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming. Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."
