Staff were so lovely. Room was clean and fresh towels were given everyday. Amazing location and we're booking again for next year. Only slight issue was lack of wardrobe/places to hang up clothes.

Really cool and central. At the foot of the building all public transport options are available. The room is well laid out. Bathroom has best modern fittings. The 10th floor bar and restaurant has breathtaking views on central Berlin and the Zoo. The cocktails are boozy and very well served. Overall fantastic value for money.

The rooms needs complimentary water as a basic in this day and age. The hotel lack of room facilities including no phone that i could see. No water . Kettle etc. I would have given a 7 ratings however staff at reception was exceptional and hanna positive attitude made me put a better rating in the end.

Super well located, healthy options and premium quality for breakfast, beautiful views, chic bar at level 10. Only bad review not even a small bottled water available at the room, no information if water from the top is drinkable and staff at the reception while doing check in, didn’t know about hop on /hop off touristic bus, not much knowledge about the sites of interest to see around the hotel area, quite disappointed

This is the third of the chain's hotels in Berlin that I stayed in. Like the other two which are near Alexanderplatz) - it features great value for money. It is somewhat hip, basic, no-frills accommodation, and I often need no more certainly for a business trip. Nice simple breakfast on the 10th Floor that at night turns into a bustling huge bar + lounge + terrace. I did not see any staff except at the front desk and they were nice and accommodating the two times I needed something I highly recommend this property.

Hotel is in fab location, lovely reception area set up like a cinema, Great roof top terrace Extremely clean and comfortable Only improvement that could be made was to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Very nice. Was surprised and delighted to find that the Weihnachtsmarkt (Yule Season Nighttime Marketplace) was almost right outside the door. So a good choice for a December visit! I was in town for a conference, and found the location to be convenient. The hotel was very stylish and modern. Breakfast was better than most. Room was nice. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall a very good choice.

Great comfy bed. Fab location. Value for money!

Low cost hotel stay but everything you need for a weekend break. Room was small for two people, but we were not in the room for very long so not a problem. The lack of wardrobe was a little annoying. But the bed was really really comfy. And the shower was great and powerful. Absolutely great location, right next to the station to get around. And plenty of places to walk to. I would 100 percent recommend for a mini break as long as you do not expect to be relaxing for hours in your room.
