Das Apartment ist insgesamt zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist super mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. Die Bahn-Anbindung ist 5 Min entfernt und man kann Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine und -mittel. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das späte Einchecken per Mail und PIN hat gut funktioniert.

Schönes Apartment
Das Fazit zuerst: Schönes, geräumiges und komfortables Apartment das sich jedoch im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl befindet. Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist gut, zwei Minuten vom Apartment entfernt ist die Haltestelle der M8 und zwei weitere Minuten benötigt man um zur U-Bahnstation zu gelangen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in der unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Küche vom Apartment ist gut ausgestattet (es sind ausreichend viele Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden), der Kühlschrank besitzt ein Eisfach und eine Geschirrspülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ansonsten hat mir der relativ große Schreibtisch gefallen an dem ich gut arbeiten konnte. Die Matratze vom Bett war schon etwas durchgelegen, ich habe aber trotzdem gut darin geschlafen.

Wonderful location in lovely part of Berlin, great office staff, very nice apartment- but tough to walk up to 4th floor for this old guy. Would happily return here but definitely remember to ask for a lower floor!

Super fin lejlighed med central beliggenhed i forhold til det centrale Berlin. Meget trafikstøj ved åbne vinduer, men ikke noget problem, når vinduer er lukkede. Vi boede på 4. sal, så det var lidt bekymrende med manglende nødudgange og anvisninger ved evt. brand.

Man fühlte sich schnell wie zuhause 👍
Gute Lage und großzügiges Apartments die im Innenhof liegen und somit eine Ruhe garantiert. Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt und würde nur 2 kleine Punkte sagen die ich nicht so gut fand: einmal die Vorhänge, die leider nicht komplett abgedunkelt haben und das die Haustüre sehr hellhörig ist! Aber das sind keine Kritikpunkte sondern Verbesserungsvorschläge und würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Al tratarse de apartamentos renovados y confortables, supuse que contaban con ascensor, pero no era así. Y al viajar con 2 niños, uno de ellos de 2 años de edad, tuve que solicitar un día antes nuestra llegada, que por favor, NO nos ubicarán en el 4to. piso. Y amablemente accedieron a mi pedido. Nosotros llegamos un sábado y pensamos que el ruido en nuestra primera noche, era por causa de la música de alguno de los vecinos, quien podría estar de fiesta. Pero resulta que se trataba de un club para adultos, con bailarinas de esas que bailan sobre las meses, etc y eso significó que cada noche y durante todas las noches se escuchaba el retumbar en nuestras ventanas, que aunque estaban cerradas, no servía de mucho para reducir el ruido. Por lo que el lunes a las 5 a.m. tuvimos que llamar a la policía. Luego nos explicaron que el negocio vecino, tuvo un desperfecto con la circulación del aire y que por eso, tenían que mantener una ventana abierta, y por donde salía todo ese ruido. Tal vez solo tuvimos mala suerte y lo normal, es que el patio interior sea apacible y silencioso. Pero un patio interior, donde los contenedores de la basura, ocupan una tercera parte del área total. No es lo que uno espera ver desde su balcón.

Fantastisk lejlighed
Lejligheden var super fed, ren, gode senge, fantastisk beliggenhed og fed indretnings stil. Det var anden gang vi på mini ferie i Berlin og selvfølgelig skulle vi bor på Schönhauser Allee 5 og kommer helt sikker til det igen!!! Eneste lille bitte minus er at nøglen til lejligheden skal hentes et andet sted. Men også der var der god service og så fik vi lejlighed før den aftalte tid.

fantastic location and apartment
Really good base for exploring the City. We walked for miles as its a very flat city so were more than happy to do so. Only a short walk to Alexzanderplatz and the TV tower. The apartment was really clean and well looked after. Perfect location for a group of friends looking to explore.

El apartamento esta muy bien, perfectamente limpio y es amplia. Las camas muy cómodas. Además, está muy cerca tanto de una linea de tranvía como de una de metro, lo que facilita mucho los traslados.
