Relax in the living room on the cozy wrap around couch, while watching a movie at the end of a busy beach day. The living room has not one but two sliders that access the front deck and radiate rays of sunshine into the room. There is even a free-standing entertaining bar filled with wine and margarita glasses. Grab your evening drink and head out to the front yard where you can sit with your family and take in the evening breeze. When the sun rises the next morning, get ready to explore the area. If you prefer to explore the community, be prepared to stay busy. From walks in the parks, multiple playgrounds and pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf, kayaks, covered picnic areas to the farmer's market. If the ocean is calling, take a drive into Ocean City to experience beaches, water sports, restaurants, shopping, and night life. If you want to get closer to nature, take a visit to see Assateague's wild horses and nature center. After a long day at the beach head back to the house to regroup. The outside shower is great way to wash the sand away before gathering on the screen porch for your evening meal or just to relax. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The younger children will love the pyramid bunk bedroom, that can fit 3. With plenty of toys and games for them to play.
