If you check in late, that would be a concern for you as the reception is not 24/7 service. You need to call the hotel emergency hotline to retrieve the key at mailbox.

They didn't do room cleaning every day and no one mentioned about extra charge required when we asked about room cleanning, while checking out they charged us very high price for just one simple cleaning. The extractor fan was not working, got lots of smoke when cooked in room, the staff told us problem solved but actually it's not, we have to keep windows open in cold weather when every time we tried to cook something. Only good thing is the location, near to shopping area, restaurants and supermarkets near by.

The hotel located at 10 mins walking distance from the train station. We have to walk through a park and it quite during week day. The bathroom without a door so water can easily pop-up.

Sehr gut war: kein Nachtportier, Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr freundliches Personal. Verbessert hätte ich gerne das Frühstück: Mehr dunkles Brot, mehr Butter oder die Information zum Besuch der Azubi-Bäckerei ums Eck (wochentags ab 6.30 und So ab 9.00 Uhr), wir haben jeden Tag nur ein Frühstück gegessen, falls sie zuviel Geld in der Kasse haben, geben sie es ihren Mitarbeitern oder machen sie eine Spende an bedürftige. Central location, nice room, good bed and a kitchen with everything that you need. The room is cleaned every third day but you can make other arrangements if needed

Really wonderful stay... didn't expect the size of the flat to be so large, but it was really wonderful. In a quiet neighborhood adjacent to an area with a lot of local shops and galleries. (Like the phenomenal bakery, Zeit für Brot) Quick to all destinations. Price was amazing for such a really special accommodation that would actually be really nice for a couple or small family. My only feedback is wishing the absolutely stunning dining room could draw in more people. Would absolutely return

Dejligt ophold - vi kommer igen!
Virkelig godt og komfortabelt ophold. Overordnet set en virkelig høj rengørings-standart (fandt dog noget gammelt konfetti rundt på gulvet). Fantastiske senge, dyner og puder. Godt og roligt område. Meget venligt personale.

The Townhouse was I general, very good and clean. It was close to public transport and the zoo. I deliberately booked this location on the basis of parking available, but was not told at booking in that it was limited and cost $20 euros a night. Ashame!

Fantastic hospitality!
You will feel very much at home at Townhouse Berlin! The entire staff is gracious and welcoming. If you are lucky you will meet the manager, Neil. He is perfect in his role. We highly recommend this hotel!

It was frustrated to see a dark house without reception at 22pm. Found a number to call and had to wait 10 min until someone picked up the phone and explained where to find a key card. Next morning at 8am suddenly a housekeeper opened the door standing in the room, even without knocking. There was a small “lock” button on the door but didn’t work in this case. The housekeeper came again and knocked at 11am during my remote meeting, i opened door, she walked away. It was one night stay theoretically reception can inform housekeeper if the room is checked out for cleaning.
