Architecture & beach lovers welcome. Only 4-miles from 63rd Street Beach in Ocean City, 5-pools, Golf, Tennis, Fishing & Surfing at Assateague Island National Park. Bike accessible roads, good grocery store, Farmers Market, Kayaking & Paddle Boarding nearby. Square footage 1,600. Kids camp in Ocean Pines & Ocean City Recreation Center. Picnic table on deck for crabs. Renovation to be complete for the June 1st rental season 2022. Pets Allowed.
