"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location next to the train station was fantastic. The accommodations (room, breakfast) were excellent. However, the highlight of our visit was the delightful conversations we had at the bar with Anna and Guido. They are both incredibly talented mixologists, and their drinks were simply delicious! We hope Anna and Guido receive the recognition they deserve for their exceptional work. They are both incredibly kind and beautiful people, and we will be sharing our experience with friends as well as online so others have an opportunity to enjoy a similar experience. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. Cheers!"

"My husband and I stayed two nights at Jungfraublick. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly, and having complimentary coffee and tea was a wonderful touch. I would definitely stay here again. My only disappointment was an interaction with the front desk regarding our invoice. Before checking out, we received an email that made it look like we were being charged an additional 450 francs. When I went to ask about it, the employee didn’t look at the email, ask my name, or pull up our reservation. Instead, she told me it was because we booked through Expedia. She explained that Expedia takes too much commission, so the hotel needs to recover that money by charging guests an additional fee. Naturally, I questioned how a hotel could add hundreds of francs in hidden fees simply because we booked through Expedia. Rather than looking into it, she became quite short with me and continued repeating the same explanation. I found this interaction extremely disappointing and very poor customer service. Her explanation was concerning, especially given Expedia’s policies regarding additional charges, and she made no effort to investigate. In the end, my husband and I figured out on our own that the invoice was simply confusing and we weren’t actually being charged an additional 450 francs. While I’m glad there was no additional charge, the interaction was frustrating and dampened my impression of an otherwise lovely hotel."

"Excellent stay in Grindelwald. The location is ideal for exploring the village and surrounding mountains, and my room had a fantastic balcony and view of the Eiger. The room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was very good, Wi-Fi was reliable enough for work and video calls, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated being able to combine a business trip with easy access to the Eiger Express, Männlichen and the local hiking areas. The hotel manages to feel upscale without losing the atmosphere of Grindelwald. I would definitely stay here again, particularly for a longer visit."

"Very convenient location. Super cute hotel. Mini fridge was great. We lived sitting on the patio in the evening. Would have appreciated AC. When we would leave the window open, some mosquitoes would come in."

"The rooms, restrooms, kitchen, just everything was very clean! I am very impressed with how great the staff was and good the breakfast options were. I 10/10 recommend this place to stay. Walking distance from the grandolas, train station, and bus. They even give you a free bus pass. They have a laundry room to use for a cheap price! They have towels at your request, and are very helpful!"

"Totally enjoyed our stay. We picked the special loft style space with bedroom upstairs and amazing view - highly recommend. All the staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed morning breakfast. Even with a huge tour group, all food was freshly prepared and well stocked with a variety of options. Also super convenient to train station."
