「ACHTUNG an alle Interessenten: Die Wohnung wird mit 2 Schlafzimmern angeboten, jedoch erhält man nur 1 Schlafzimmer (das zweite Zimmer wird abgeschlossen) sowie ein Salon mit Bettsofa und wackliges Hochbett, auf welchem kein Kind schlafen gehen sollte, da es viel zu hoch, zu wacklig und somit gefährlich ist.
