“This is the dumbest place to stay. Minimum room accessories, cereal only for breakfast. I will not be staying there again!”

“Room was clean when I arrived. Overall bathroom and shower were spacious. Kitchenette was stocked with essentials. Breakfast was as good as a hotel breakfast would be. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay again.”

“They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.”

“I want to give this quaint hotel five stars. The place is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful and professional! The restaurant was Devine - top notch food and spirits! It’s just that it’s not restful. We were up until the staff were done for the night, then other guests filtered in making their own racket. It’s an old house - so it’s truly not meant or designed to be sound-proof. Outside of the disruptions, this was a fantastic stay!”

“I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!”

“Right from the 3:00 pm check in point, the whole trip was a disaster. First no one is at the desk, you have to ring a bell and wait, then we were told our room wasn't ready, it would be another half hour, then there was no cart to bring our baggage in because there was only one and apparently someone had it in there room. When we got to our suite, the floors were dirty, the sofa bed had no mattress so was impossible to even sit on and when we started to pull it out, the dirt under the sofa had……

“Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. I prepaid for a night through Expedia for a young colleague of mine who does. Or have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The man who was at the desk was……
