Found it pretty clean for a last min stopover while roadtripping the beds, bathrooms and floors were very clean. I had my toddler with me and felt comfortable staying in the room. No staff was present at check in and checkout. Other than that I was quite happy with our stay at a budget friendly motel

Welcome and Comfortable Stay

Management & Staff most attentive and very hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Enjoyed our 2 night stay immensely. Room, whilst older, was very roomy and more than met our needs. Clean and comfortable with excellent linen (room and bathroom) provided. A hot two days so Air Conditioner provided relief from before we arrived until we left. Ate at their restaurant and found the surroundings and the food the best. Our steak cooked to perfection whilst enjoying a cold drink.

Pros *convenience of a PIN code instead of a key *Pet friendly *Parking space is good Cons *Driveway & carpark need to be levelled, falls risk if unstable on feet *Poor maintenance of furniture and doors *safety risks with kids in rooms - if kids can reach the handle they can escape and blind chains not secured even after being advised of the safety risk

The room was used when we arrived. Poo in toilet/bed not made & nothing cleaned from prior guest. Had to wait 45 minutes for the cleaner to arrive to clean it in over 35 degree heat & wait for it to be minimally cleaned. I was told we would receive a refund & have the room free of charge & have not received funds back.

This is a lovely little motel in a lovely little town. We booked the same afternoon that we were staying and within minutes of booking I had a text message giving a warm welcome and very clear instructions for the lock box. The room itself was very clean & spacious and had everything we needed for our one night stay. The bed was very comfortable. The outlook from our lounge area over the golf course was very nice and we had a very easy walk around the town. Berrigan is small but had a well stocked supermarket. The staff (Leigh) were very quick to respond to messages too. We highly recommend, thank you.

This motel is in a smaller town. So it was a bit out of our way but was worth going to. There wasnt any staff onsite when we had problem getting into our room due to the keylock not working. But it was quickly resolved with the lady on the phone who gave us another unit. The Entry to the motel was a bit obscured from the street. The unit was big, clean. The view out the back was fantastic. And very quite. No trucks roaring past at all hours of the day and night. Makes for a great sleep. The grounds outside both front and back could do with a good gardening and clean up. Otherwise, nothing to stop staying there again. Recommend to do so for anyone looking.

: Budget-Friendly Stay at Berrigan Motel During my recent three-night stay at Berrigan Motel, I found it to be a practical and budget-friendly option for travelers looking to save on accommodation costs without sacrificing basic comfort. **Location:** The motel is conveniently located near IGA. This made it easy to access local attractions and amenities without spending too much time commuting. **Check-In and Staff:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information about the local area and addressing any questions I had promptly. **Room:** The room was clean and adequately furnished. While it lacked the luxury of higher-end hotels, it provided all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay: a clean bed, a functional bathroom, and a decent amount of space. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, allowing for restful sleep each night. The room also featured basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a small TV, and a mini-fridge. **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping did a commendable job. The room was tidied daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished as needed. 5/5
