“The condo had everything we needed for our vacation and everything was working ok…. A few of the inconveniences we faced were the apartment needs an upgrade meaning kitchen appliances and furniture need to be replaced/upgraded also the electricity goes out for a few hours every now and then. During our 8 days staying at this condo, twice the power went off and we realized this a condo problem… however, nothing mayor. “Small beach, but swimable -difficult to access neighbouring beaches if beach walking is important. Dehumidifier was present which was very helpful. Property manager, Louisa very helpful and met us at check in with a wagon. Caretaking staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool area pleasant and enough seating. Better condo patio furniture would be nice.Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.”

“The property was well maintained and the views from the pool area are amazing. The only thing we wished was the pool to be heated. During our stay, the weather was cooler and windy then normal. The ocean was too rough and the only option we had was the pool, which felt chilly and you really couldn't stay in too long.”

“We booked this condo in August with a stay for 1 night on December 26. On December 24 - Christmas Eve - the host contacted us and cancelled. They offered us a 3-bedroom condo in the same building and offered to send photos. Because it was less than 48 hours before our arrival and Christmas time, I tried to find other accommodations in Nassau and everything was booked. So I told them we would take it and asked for the pictures they had offered. We got no response from the host. On Friday December……
