“This was an incredible stay! Brooklyn stands out of my mind. The only problem is we didn’t have any cash and her name wasn’t entered into the staff for us to be able to use the QR code for her tip. She is the fabulous young lady who had the breakfast ready and everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. Best Western has the best breakfast of any type of pre-prepared meal. “Rooms were dark and had lights and wires hanging from the ceiling. There were gaps around the AC unit letting in cold air. The AC itself barely worked. The staff was rude and spaking very rudely about me as soon as they thought i was gone. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot. After arguing with the staff trying to get a refund I cut my losses and left after an hour. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.”
