「I paid for my stay through hotels.com and had to pay again at the property because they claimed “hotels.com” didn’t pay us. When they did get they payment from hotels.com. Thankfully hotels.com got me my money back I paid through them and I hope this place gets shut down from the health department and BBB!!!」

「It was a real dive, not actually a hotel. Our room was in a shambles, not just dirty. The only good thing was that we were refunded and we left as quickly as possible. 」

「The only nice things I have to say; the front desk mans wife beater didn’t have stains on it and the roach in the tub was mostly dead... unbelievable how filthy the room was and the sink was broken being held up by a pole.」

「The property was very spacious which is what we needed! The kids enjoyed the den with the pool table and we watched movies in there. The cat was a nice surprise to great us at the door (outside). Overall, it was a lovely stay for overnight.」

「2nd time staying at this cabin. Other than broken toaster and drip in master bathroom shower, the cabin is great! If you are a light sleeper, there are railroad tracks nearby so you’ll hear some train noise. Some traffic noise too but nothing a sleep sounds app can’t remedy. Had a great stay.」

「Our stay in Florence at this VRBO was simply amazing! Cleanliness was 10/10. Amenities were great! It was fully stocked . Game room was an added plus! It was comfortable and very well decorated and very well put together for the comfort of all who desires a home filled environment. The character of this home was superb! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely choose to stay here again . Host communication was excellent! Check in and out was easy an convenient.」
