Der kleine Garten bietet zwei schöne Sitzecken, eine davon mit Strandkorb. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam, wobei man schnell in größeren Orten war, die Sehenswürdigkeiten , Bummeln und kulinarische Genüsse boten.In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich ein Kiessee, ideal auch für Hunde, da an zwei Stellen Sand aufgeschüttet ist.
