「Sängarna i vårt rum var mycket hårda. Bara en 3 cm skummadrass på träbotten. Trappstegen i trappan var 35-40 cm höga(!) upp till andra våning. Värdinnan var trevlig fram tills att hon fick höra att vi sov dåligt på grund av madrasserna. Alla måste äta vid samma tid. Vi fick inte ett eget bord till frukost. Frukosten var bra men man fick en färdig tallrik med mat. Läget uppe i bergen var lugnt med frisk luft. Trevlig inredning med gamla trägolv.」

「When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. It turned out that the location was outside of the city center and hard to get to. The air conditioning leaked water into the room so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very poor...
