Enjoy the spacious new balcony (from December 2025) with stunning green views. The living room features a comfy armchair, sofa bed, TV, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a double bed and ample storage. Bathroom with shower and window. A new kitchen (planned for 2026) offers direct balcony access. You have free use of a 1,000 sqm fenced dog meadow. Hiking trails start at your door, lakes and streams are nearby. No through traffic—just nature and relaxation. Bike parks, ski slopes, and a paragliding launch are in the area.

We are here at an altitude of approx. 650m, which guarantees a great, wide view of the Sauerland. Since we are located right next to/in the forest, hikes, bike tours, etc. can be done immediately and easily from the apartment. However, you can also just make yourself comfortable on the balcony or in the garden. Parking and WiFi are available on site. The rustic, cozy garden hut with fenced garden area also invites you to linger. This is equipped with a fireplace, refrigerator, seating area, sofa and some household items (e.g. cutlery, coffee machine and much more). The apartments themselves are equipped with everything you need and leave nothing to be desired.
