“Positive: if I could give a 7 star, I would for the staff. They were just genuinely pleasant and helpful. There's a lift so no need to lug your suitcase. You walk out of the hotel and the tram #1 is right there if you need public transport. We only used it a couple of times though e.g. to get to Dolmabachi Palace as you are only 5-10min walk away from all the major sights. Staff also upgraded us to a better suite free of charge: the living room was on a very lively street but the bedroom was in……

“Cleanliness : The cleanliness was satisfactory. The balcony was a bit dirty but it didn't matter because it was small and you won’t walk out often. Ease of visit : We just stayed two nights and it was very easy for us to visit the attractions on the European side of Istanbul (we went through the attractions on foot). Food : Breakfast was plenty options for the food and drink, which was out of our expectations. Staff : The staff was nice and arranged the transit for us that makes our journey……

“Excellent hotel, the staff were friendly and extremely attentive . The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fresh linen was provided daily. The lobby is a lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by whilst being afforded free drinks and pastries. It is very close to all the main tourist attractions. As a disabled traveller it was welcome that there is only one step to the lobby and a lift to the rooms. They arranged the airport shuttle for me. All in all, a very well run, clean and……

“飯店位置很好，就在 T1 Sirkeci Station附近，步行到飯店只要２分鐘，步行到Eminonu碼頭、埃及市集也都在１０分鐘的路程內 我住的是標準雙人房，１５平方米，房間大小剛好 櫃檯人員都很親切 但因接近車站的關係，所以噪音比較多，要有心理準備，只要準備耳塞，就沒問題了 ”
