This hotel was amazing! The service and staff are incredible, making sure we had everything we needed. Also, the food was extraordinary, so the breakfast was perfect. It was in a great location and close to everything we wanted to see. I will be returning most definitely next year! I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Istanbul!

I was very disappointed with my stay because the hotel did not live up to what was advertised. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the biggest problem was the internet. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. I was unable to connect my phone for the entire four-day stay. This was the worst internet experience I have ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was very basic, with scrambled eggs as the only hot option. Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., but when I went down at around 9:30 a.m., the bread was almost finished and was not replaced. My husband went down even earlier, and the cheese platter was already empty. When he asked if it could be refilled, he was told it was finished. If breakfast is served until 11:00 a.m., the food should be replenished throughout the service. Another issue was The Turkish hammam was advertised as included in our package, but I was never able to use it. Each time I wanted to go, I had to call first to check if it was available because they seemed more interested in selling massage packages than allowing guests to use the included facilities. I have visited Turkey at least six times and stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time I have had such a disappointing experience. I had already read a review mentioning the poor internet. I hoped the management would have fixed the problem, but unfortunately i had the same problem. I would recommend choosing a different hotel if you don't want ruin your visit.

Good service, walkable location

Very clean boutique hotel in a walkable location. Only minutes from the tram, the spice and grand bazaars, as well as the Haggia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Service was good and room was very clean. Depending on room location, music and/or traffic might be heard during late hours. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would consider this property again.

Excellent location. Very friendly place to stay. Newly build. Very clean. The owner we met few times and she is very nice and hospitable. I have invited and met my friends at the same hotel and they all loved it.

The hotel location is excellent. It is very clean and nicely appointed, The manager was very kind in upgrading us from a economy room to a standard room. But what lets this hotel down for us was the smallness of the room and restricted amenities such as the wi-fi password was only available for one device. So for a couple with iPads and iPhones, being restricted in use of wifi to one device let this hotel down for us. Smallness of a standard room was very restricting in terms of movement around the room. But the hotel was otherwise fine for a one night stay in Istanbul during our transit through Turkey.
