「Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. Owner was very responsive. You’ll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though.

「the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! 」

「Our family of 3 felt so much shalom during our stay.The apartment is in a safe, quiet area. Can walk to several shops, food venders and public transportations.The apartment is super clean, comfortable and in pristine condition. The property manager is awesome, super responsive and caring! 「Have the property manager's number on your Whatsapp or able to call, because he did not send any instructions on exact location or how to get entry until I called him 2 days before arrival.
