“It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer.”

“They don’t follow any covid protocols no patrons or the staff was wearing masks. they encourage eating in a crowded closed restaurant which was such a disappointment. Please avoid if you care for your health and safety. ”

“Spectacular views - we woke up to a snow covered view of the valley and mountains. We were in a room facing the main road and the valley. Good location, right off the Pahalgam main road and a minute's walk from the market. The pony rides start right next to the hotel. Very hospitable staff and our stay included breakfast and dinner. Very good for the price. Only thing was not having running water in the winter (the plumbing doesn't support the sub zero temperatures). The staff provided buckets……

“I stayed in the hotel for three nights. I got a room on 3rd floor which had an excellent view of snow covered hill which was liked by my family. Room, Bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was good with options like Poha, Upma, pasta, etc.
The only issue I had was that we had to wait for ten minutes to get hot water every time. Overall I recommend the hotel for a quiet stay near Pahalgam.
