A private single family home on the canal with dock and gorgeous enclosed convertible sitting porch/screened porch. Off-street parking for four to five vehicles.

Walk : The beach is a quick 8 minute walk or drive and park for free using our town parking permits. Close to Fenwick Island and The Town of Fenwick, Town and bars of Dewey Beach, Fabulous Restaurants, world famous boardwalk, and historic Funland in the City of Rehoboth Beach, and of course all the fun that Ocean City Maryland has to offer.

Walk to the shops of York Beach inside of 5 minutes to enjoy McCabe's Gourmet Market, Misaki Sushi, Grotto's Pizza and more.

Boat & Jetski : Bring a boat or Jetski to our 25' dock or rent one. The canal has easy water access to Little Assawoman Bay and Assawoman Bay including the Fenwick Island restaurants like Catch 54, Harpoon Hannah's, all the way to Ocean City to Secrets, BJ's, Fagers Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. Canal access to Indian River and Rehoboth Bays including the restaurants of Dewey beach.

Fish or Crab directly from the Dock.

Golf : 10 minute drive to two golf courses or take the kids to play mini-golf at dozens of the nearby golf obstacle courses.
