Lovely, comfortable condo right on the beach

This is a very comfortable condo overlooking Bethany Beach in the Sea Colony complex. Well appointed and the balcony fronting on the ocean can't be beat.

Superbly perfect!

Awesome property that was exactly as pictured and described. Very well equipped and left us wanting nothing else! Views were amazing and watching a winter sunrise while staying warm and comfy on the sofa was perfect! We highly recommend and would go back anytime!

Great stay at Sea Colony!

Condo was great. Beautiful view of the ocean very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect right in center of Sea Colony buildings with beach and pools right outside your door. Deanna the owner was on top of everting from start to finish and had everything organized for an easy, stressless trip for our family. We will be back!

Exceptional Condo

This condo is amazing. The layout was perfect for us with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and a fantastic view on the 2nd floor - also very convenient to assigned parking space. The condo was clean and beautifully appointed with a relaxed beach ambiance. The amenities at Sea Colony are wonderful and we love the private beach accessibility. We took advantage of the beach, the pools, hot tub/sauna, tennis and cycling on the local cycling paths/trails and in Cape Henlopen. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance or short drive away. Perfect stay for a couple. Thank you so much - we will be back.

check in was a little confused.. pushed me to pay for amenities we had no intention of using. ( gym and pool ) . no drip coffee maker, couldnt navigate the kourig .. otherwise pretty smooth sailing

Smart Condo Design

We just came back from a mid-week getaway and we had such a relaxing and calming time. Just what we were hoping for. The condo is very smartly designed with a ton of hooks for towels, bathing suits, bags, etc. The colors are happy and soothing and the furniture is very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was awesome! Also, a bonus, which I didn't even think about until we arrived...paper products and cleaning supplies were included. There were only two of us in the unit so, really, it was perfect for us. The owners were very professional, generous and quick to respond to questions. We hope to go back, for sure!

Breath Taking View

Nothing like having your cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean! Beautiful Condo, spectacular views, clean and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Week at Sea Colony

Well kept and equipped apt, tastefully decorated and with a beautiful view of the ocean. One negative tho was that the linens were washed with a fabric softener which had a strong odor. Would stay here again tho prefer a higher floor for maximum quiet.

Clean and fresh

The place felt clean and fresh. Nice view of the ocean. Balcony furniture somewhat uncomfortable for the elderly; my wife only sat out there once as it was too hard on her back and legs. The living room furniture was also not great for the elderly. It was a struggle for me to help my wife get up from the swivel chair. Otherwise the place was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beachside condo, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! First and foremost, the location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed morning walks along the shore and easy access to all the Sea Colony amenities. The condo itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home.
