"Appreciate the updates since we stayed here last! Bedding and sheets great and appreciated beds/rooms were already made up!House was very clean and organized. Had everything needed except shampoo.Price was very high but we booked last minute on 4th of July week so were glad to just get here and expected the high rate.Location is great. Relaxing with beautiful beach and not too crowded.This is our third time here and we will return!Communication great throughout our visit! Thank you!"

"This property was very clean. The check in process is super easy and the host are very quick to respond and attend to your needs. We were missing some bedsheet for the fold out couch and trundle bed, but after texting the host they were delivered almost instantly. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet. "We have been to the hotel twice and both times have had such wonderful experiences with the staff and the accommodations. The entire staff were very helpful when our needs arose. Truly happy people who seem to love their jobs. Amy greeted us at 10 pm when we arrived. Her bubbly personality set the tone for our week. She was such a delight to converse with. Wendy was such an amazing person to talk to as well. The entire staff rocks! Free chairs and umbrella for the beach were a huge benefit. The breakfast was great and the staff that prepared the breakfast were so friendly. I wish I could remember the lady’s name who helped in the breakfast area. She was such a pleasant person as well. Thank you to the entire staff for being amazing people. Will be back next year for sure."

"Our family of four stayed here for one week with another family of four. Patrick was an amazing host from before we arrived to ensuring we checked in ok. The house worked out perfectly. Short walk to the not-too-crowded beach with a provided wagon. We brought our own umbrellas to ensure some shade. Situated on a canal with a back porch and yard that we took full advantage of. Was a great week in Bethany!"

"Nice, clean, spacious single room. About 2 blocks from the beach & out of the hustle & bustle of the board walk. But close enough to the board walk if you want to shop. Room had lots of extras not in the description like a closet full of beach items. All kinds of linens, towels, & other daily supplies. Host was very pleasant & informative. Easy instructions. Yes I would stay there again"

"Everything about our stay at Sea Colony was wonderful- except for the check in at the office. The young man assisting me was not helpful or nice. The 2 people working with him were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful , though.As far as the condo, it was perfect. It was clean, with comfortable beds. Lots of spaces to gather. Porches were nice (loved the sandy touches) with eating and sitting areas. Communication with Ellen, the host, could not have been better.The tram ran frequently and can accommodate lots of veach stuff.If I had any recommendations, it would be better lighting and a new shower curtain in the hall bath.Being boaters, it was fun to read the flags hanging on the wall.I would definitely return here for our yearly girls trip."
