The home features two bedrooms on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, making it ideal for multi-generational families and groups seeking both convenience and privacy.

Two king suites, one on each floor, provide private retreats with ensuite bathrooms. Additional bedrooms offer family-friendly sleeping arrangements and generous storage. Every bedroom includes a TV with cable and a ceiling fan, while four bedrooms also feature blackout curtains for a more restful night's sleep.

The private office is ideal for remote work or school and includes a monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet connection, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, utility sink, and laundry supplies for extended stays.

PARKING & ACCESS

The entire home, screened porch, patio, and gas grill are available for exclusive guest use, with the exception of one locked owner's closet.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and two vehicles in the driveway. Additional free community shell-spot parking is available nearby. Community security patrols help maintain a safe and peaceful neighborhood and may ticket vehicles parked on the street or blocking sidewalks.

GUEST PASS DETAILS

Guest passes are only required if you choose to use the Bayside Resort amenities. If you plan to spend your time enjoying the beaches, local restaurants, shopping, concerts, and the home itself, no passes are necessary.

Passes must be purchased through Amy at least 7 business days prior to arrival to avoid an additional resort processing fee. Passes are picked up at the Health & Aquatic Club after arrival and are non-refundable once purchased.

Children age 4 and under do not require a pass but must be supervised by a pass-holding adult.

The host provides mattress pads, pillows, blankets, comforters, professionally laundered sheets, and two bath towels and two washcloths per guest.
