“Amazing beautiful property in a rustic urban environment. Perfect check in, super comfortable, TVs in every room… essentially a new house. Close to the water and amphitheater. If you’re used to city life we’d recommend it, because we are!”

“The apartment was very high class: excellent gym, floor to ceiling windows, well furnished, nice communal coffee machine (free coffee, cappuccinos, etc). The host was very responsive via chat, quickly resolved any questions that I had. I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The Positives include: (beautiful view, solid kitchen, nice seating area, master bedroom very spacious, owners communications effective and pleasant) Negatives (you don't really control the thermostat, while you are there. You can set it, but than it reverts back hours later. You need to give control to the occupants. In addition, one shared bathroom/shower for everyone was annoying. If we had more occupants with us that would have been worse than it was. Its my fault for not noticing it when……

“This was by far the best stay I’ve had in New Haven the apartment was very clean had everything I needed to cook the bed was fabulous had the best sleep not to mention I got to watch the sunset laying down in the bed it was the highlife of my stay loved it I’ve never in my life got to experience laying down in the bed watching the sunset it was great and I’ve been around the world stayed at some great places but never that 💓💓 I will be booking another stay here very soon and the host was so……

“Ricardo’s place was perfect for our needs! A small, clean and cozy place, not far from our daytime destination, the apartment offers all the basics - kitchenette, nice bathroom and modern shower, a comfy Queen Size bed, and even some snacks and essentials for a comfortable stay. The area has some restraunts and bars nearby too, though we were happy to stay in and watch some Netflix. I would highly recommend this apartment to a friend, and Ricardo has been a pleasure.
