Welcome to Rivah — a warm and inviting studio cabin near Bethel designed for summer adventures, wedding weekends, mountain biking trips, and relaxing escapes with the people (and dogs) you love most.
Inspired by Maine's rivers and lakes, Rivah blends cozy cabin charm with thoughtful touches that make it easy to slow down after a full day outdoors. Spend your mornings kayaking nearby ponds, afternoons exploring Bethel, and evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars or relaxing around the fire pit.
Planning a New England road trip? Rivah makes a great home base for travelers attending FIFA World Cup matches at Gillette Stadium, exploring Maine's mountains and lakes, or extending their trip with a few peaceful days away from the crowds.
Rivah sits on a wooded property with its own private hot tub, fire pit, deck, and outdoor space, making it a perfect fit for couples, solo travelers, wedding guests, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Traveling with friends or another couple? Our second nearby cabin, Uptah, is just steps away and includes its own private hot tub, fire pit, deck, and outdoor space. Rent both cabins together to accommodate up to six guests
Guest Access & Notes:
Entire cabin is yours (locked closets and cabinet excluded)
Primary guest must be 25+ and stay onsite
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license
Must submit a $200 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are on the exception list as we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
We permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. There is a pet fee of $50 per dog.
The property is on well water, and we kindly ask that you help us conserve it during your stay. Simple steps—like turning off taps when not in use and keeping showers short—go a long way in preserving this precious resource.
For drinking water, we recommend bringing bottled water. We also provide refillable jugs under the kitchen sink, which you’re welcome to use at a nearby local spring (just a 5-minute drive) for fresh fill-ups.
Cabin is equipped with a compact mini-fridge without a freezer. If you’re bringing extra perishables or frozen items, consider bringing a cooler and ice for additional storage.

Cell service is strong; WiFi is the area’s best available (but not ideal for video calls)
