Wir wurden sehr toll begrüßt mit einem liebevollen Text und einer gekühlten Überraschung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr schön dekoriert. "Die Definition „gemütlich“ ist Ansichtssache… kaputte Rolläden, defekte Kochplatten… Sauberkeit von Küche, Geschirr, Boden und teilweise Mobiliar lässt zu Wünschen übrig…Das Bad ist neu und war im Großen und Ganzen auch akzeptabel sauber, sehr geräumige Dusche, aber komplett innenliegend ohne Fenster. Die Räume vermitteln den Eindruck einmal Büroräume gewesen zu sein, kahle weiße Wände, grelle Deckenbeleuchtung. Mobiliar sehr alt und teilweise versifft… Kommunikation mit Gastgeber im Vorfeld...

"Arrived to find the street parking was actually 3 spaces, half a block away that were already occupied by other cars. We had to park on the sidewalk temporarily until a spot opened up to move to. 39 steps up to a third floor apartment, (not mentioned in the listing). The apartment was clean but dated. After our host's representative left, we discovered that there were no bath towels to be found. We contacted the host and he told us where to look for back-up towels. There were none in the storage...

"Rooms we're a bit small but very comfortable and well planned. Nice big windows for looking out. Noticeably missing was a coffee maker, only a hot water pot was provided with instant 😫 yuck coffee. No English TV programs, other than news, not even subtitles in English for German TV programs. Pleasant and helpful staff."
