「Great service and a beautiful house.」

「This property was squeeky clean. We brought our 92 year old Dad and his wife up with my sister and brother in law to celebrate Father's Day and had such a good time. Perfect location. House could not have been cleaner and the communication was spot on. Would highly suggest this for your Acadia, Elberta, Frankfort viist. Happy!」

「Family w young children: we enjoyed the lakefront access for swimming, sand, and looking for lake creatures. The available water/outdoor toys was nice for the kids. Kitchen has all the basics tools & grill was easy to use. Indoor space was tight for 4. Yard and beach feels crowded when multiple families are out playing. Flooring was extremely slippery. Many check out expectations on top of the high cleaning fee.」

「Worked nicely for us. Thank you」

「I would definitely stay there again, great property and area I had one of the best birthdays ever there! Highly recommend!!」

「Had a fantastic stay at this Betsie River home! Host was great and responded quickly. Location was great. It is a secluded setting but close to everything. Has plenty of amenities. Enjoyed the fire pit area complete with outdoor string lights that were really cool. Covered deck area was great while it rained a little. Foosball, disk golf and board games were super fun. Home was very clean and beautiful. Had everything a home needed. Plenty of dishes, utensils, toiletries, blankets, pillows and...

「Great location. Plenty of beds n bathrooms. The mattress n furniture was very comfortable. I could definitely see myself booking again.」

「Family of five spent several days here exploring the Sleeping Bear Dunes area and Frankfort. Could easily accommodate a multi-family party. Amazing views of the setting sun over Lake Michigan. Would come back and stay longer.」

「Third time staying at these properties. We have loved every time! Clean and comfortable rentals that are dog friendly. Off the beaten path so you have privacy and a wonderful view of Lake Michigan sunsets.」

「Came here for a golf trip. We were having blast. Kyle was very accommodating on what we needs.」

「Family friendly house with all linens, kitchen items and extras you could need. Was great for our family vacation and the teens enjoyed the river access in the back. It did get very warm and sticky in the house during the day, although cooled down during the night. There is a half bath not pictured in the basement and a playset in the yard for younger kids.」
