yes its old but great location large lot great access to the lake comfortable beds. nice kitchen with all accessories to make food and affordable great summer rent many restaurants near by nice beach boat launch very close Frankfort 10 miles to the west great beach

This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.
