“This was a delightful one night stay for us in a pretty chalet style apartment at the foot of the Assisi hills. We had a fabulous view up to the town from our outdoor terrace seating area. The hostess Elizabetta welcomed us warmly and we had everything we needed. Top tip: the breakfast offering was limited to packets of biscuits and pastries, plus yoghurt, but because there is a kitchen area and small fridge we were able to use and store food we had bought at a supermarket on our way there. Our host was a very nice and kind man who gave us many great recommendations for places to see that we would have otherwise not found. Very quiet and peaceful place in the country. Love it! ”

“We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. The view from the restaurant and terrace is amazing - rolling Umbrian countryside as far as the eye can see. There are lots of fun things to do in the area - wine tasting, village breaks, trips to the lake - though you will need a car. The hotel……
