The studio is appointed with simple and cosy furnishings throughout. The large living and sleeping area serves as the heart of the property, comfortably fitted with 2 beds, each measuring 85 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A kitchenette is fully integrated into the space and is equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, providing all essential facilities within a compact and well-organized footprint.
