“The place was immaculate! Very nice and very welcoming. Very nice touch with walking in when we first arrived to see a very nice bottle of wine with 2 wine glasses on a tray in the middle of the bed. The place was close to all of the downtown attractions. We were in town to go to the Alamo Bowl, and it was within walking distance. No need to have pay for parking or fight the traffic. Overall, it was perfect! I would highly recommend staying here for your San Antonio trip!”

“We decided on a last minute vacation and found this listing. The house looked really well taken care of in the photos. We were able to check in early which was nice especially when you have a one year old who didn’t nap the 3 hour car ride. When we arrived the house was very clean. There was 4 of us. Me, my wife, mom daughter and son. We were also able to take our 2 dogs. The location was perfect for all our plans we never had to drive far. Our five year old absolutely loved her stay and said……

"The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
