"The location is perfect to enjoy the Riverwalk and other great sightseeing locations such as the Alamo. Many great food options nearby and a very friendly staff. The trolley hop on hop off is just a few blocks away."

"Broken down facilities (ice machine, elevator, lobby toilets and sinks, leaky hotel room tub faucet, leaky ceiling in dining hall), feaces left in bathroom toilets in lobby, probably because toilets don't flush. Basic continental breakfast same every day."

"The plugs by the sink had the only mirror that you could use to put on makeup..... and they were so tight, none of our American items (curling iron, shaver etc) could fit without possibly ruining the items because you had to force it. Also, the draw refrigerator (who does that???) didn't work so they had to bring us a small one to plug into and put ontop of the bureau. There is no microwave, no real coffee machine except an "espresso machine that hardly worked at all and 2 pods to use that weren't decaf. The floors are concrete!! There is a rug under the bed area that barely sticks out so you HAVE TO wear socks or something on your feet or they will get filthy and cold. They give you $18 a day for their "FREE breakfast" but there's hardly any item (even 2 eggs, a meat some potatoes and toast) are $20. And coffee is not included for an additional $6!!! TOTAL ripoff ... extremely loud with cars revving engines until 1:30 in the morning. We were on the nineth floor so good luck getting an elevator since one was not working and on Memorial Day weekend there were TONS of people. Never ever will we suggest or stay there again!! EVER. So many places to stay in San Antonio on the Riverwalk CHOOSE somewhere else!!"

"The lobby was closed upon arrival, took a while for the doors to be unlocked. Lobby air condition was broken, with one box fan circulating the air, the smell of pot was wafting in from the outside patio, where the doors were open. The lobby may have been recently updated, however, the rooms haven’t. Bedding was old and pillows were extremely old/lumpy."
