Overall great place, walking distance to Gruene Hall and short walk to the river. Very quiet and clean. The bed mattress was really soft for us and could have had more lighting in the bedroom as well as some counter space in the bathroom. Loved the location and overall quality of the room!

Great hosts!
I booked this property for my dad and son to have a fishing day trip. The staff and hosts went above and beyond to make them feel welcome. When they arrived someone was getting their room ready and had heard they would be fishing so had brought them a bait they had good luck with! The room and access to the river was perfect and they had a great time kayaking and fishing! Thanks for a wonderful time!

My lady and I needed a short weekend getaway to break free of our long work weeks the last 2 months. We didnt want to be far from home and budget for anything outrageous with our big yearly vacation already budgeted for in a few months as a family. We needed just the weekend with comfort, live music, and food and drinks. I thought it was a bit pricey compared to a few other options I came across, but once we arrived it was noticed that it was worth EVEY PENNY. Dont worry about druving, dont worry about uber. Everything is within a comfortable distance no matter the weather. Will definitely be back

Peaceful river access
We came to celebrate our anniversary and throughly enjoyed staying. The beds were super cozy soft and comfy. We enjoying hanging out on the rivers edge in the evening all to ourselves.
