This great condo is in a fantastic location. Located about 50 yards from the Comal River and about three blocks from the center of New Braunfels. One mile to Schlitterbahn. 3.8 miles to to Gruene, TX.

This condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between all guests.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per animal per stay.

I am the owner of this condo and it is a full time short term rental.

There is a nice elevator to this condo.

No extra guests, visitors or pets without owner approval. Sorry, no service annimals.ive had too many problems. Thank you.

Perfect spot on the Comal River! Easy access to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. The condo was clean and had all the basic necessities. We enjoyed meeting other families and couples at the pool and most said they had been coming back here for years. The onsite bbq pits and picnic tables were a nice bonus.

My Fiancé and I stayed for the Father’s Day weekend, and enjoyed it! Had all the things we needed to cook dinner, and feel at home. Lyle was very informative and accommodating. We will be back for sure!!

Incredible location and property! The condo itself could use some updating and a more thorough cleaning, there was a lot of dust in the vents and the floors/baseboards. The door lock was a bit complicated but it worked overall. If you’re looking for location and don’t plan to stay inside a lot, I’d recommend this place!

Right on Comal..Nice stair River access.Grounds were clean and safe from river crowds.Nice pool and trees.Noise shutdown rule after 10pmBut there was very little noise except ocassional train in distance. Great accommodation. Clean room with equipped kitchen. Pet friendly..small dog.Nice view from balcony. Next door to tube rental company.Close to downtown restaurants. Good communication with owner.Ill be back.

Work from home on the river

It was a nice week stay on the river with a nice desk to work from home on. Nothing better than clocking out and relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend & comfy beds!
