「My unit was in a good condition and had basic equipment for cooking, shower, and basic-business needs. There was a parking space available and swimming pool and workout room was available for the traveler as well. They required extra ID check and waiver with fee before check-in FYI. That was unexpected and not explained in the details. 」

「Great location! We walked almost everywhere. Quiet and peaceful. Property was exactly as advertised. Being right on the Riverwalk was lovely. The onsite, secure parking was a plus. Checking in, finding, and getting into the unit was like navigating an escape room, but once we found our way around everything was lovely. Would definitely stay again. 」

"The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
