「We stayed in the king suite and I was completely disappointed with the shape of the room and the furniture. Everything is severely outdated. The couches were terrible, and you sunk in them completely for a king suite definitely not worth it. Carpets were vacuumed, but they probably haven’t been shampooed in a while the pool was too cold to get into the hot tub was too hot to get into and the Jets didn’t work. The staff were friendly and overall it was clean, but I would not stay here again.」

Didn’t appreciate the fact that she kept telling everyone in our party to come in earlier or we wouldn’t be served not knowing that we had arrived super late and drove hours to get there. The following day we heard the same persons deny service to a family because they were there 15 min til 9 am. 」
