Two sets of French windows allow acces to the covered terrace, with a table and outdoor seating provide dining - eg enjoying the barbecue - or just relaxing in the sunshine.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, also lie low. They are located on either side of a separate and a bathroom with bath amenities. This configuration could be suitable for people with disabilities.

Upstairs 2 further double bedrooms each have a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. One of these rooms also gives access to a large sun terrace where the view to the golf course and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.
