Family Villa set in a mediterranean garden overlooking the Thau Lagoon

Maison Flamants Rose is perfect for one large or two smaller families. There are plenty of spaces to sit back and relax either under the shade of the terrace that surrounds the house, or take a swim and lay under the palm trees by the pool. The villa is spacious and light situated in a beautiful mediterranean garden. The ground floor is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area seating 10 people. There is an additional dining area in the centre of the house close to the kitchen where there is a courtyard area perfect for alfresco dining.

The sitting room is has a large TV with UK and French TV channels for you to enjoy.

There are 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with large doors opening onto the terrace. Two additional bedrooms on the first floor, one double with its own terrace with a view of the lagoon and one with a bunk bed and 2 single beds perfect for kids.
The 4th bedroom suite is located on a third floor with its own bathroom and fabulous roof terrace looking towards Thau Lagoon and Sete in the distance.

We have a large heated pool (open May-October) with a pool house and BBQ area perfect for the sunny mediterranean evenings. Beyond this there is a grassy area great for kicking a ball around.

We have a games room in the garden with table tennis and pool table.

The villa is ideally located between the town with it's Port and the beach. The local area is built for cycling with a great network of safe cycle paths where you can cycle to the beach or the town in about 10 mins. By car its about 2/3 mins .

Both the town with it's idyllic Port setting and the beach at Marseillan plage there are numerous restaurants and bars to sample the local cuisine. Marseillan is famous for its oysters and vineyards so plenty of exploring to be done.

Local activities on offer include waterskiing, wakeboarding and SUP paddle boarding, and aqua park nearby in Agde.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful fun filled family time - Kerry is so easy to communicate with, the villa is beautiful, with lots of space for everyone and a fantastically big pool! The contrasts of Marseillan plage & the pretty town centre by the port make for lots of different things to do and we spent a day out at St Jean De Fos too which was lovely. Chill out or going for a wander on the bikes all very easy.

Super schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf eine kleine Bucht mit Flamingos direkt vor der Tür. Bis zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique logement !

Une très belle maison originale, agréable, lumineuse, au calme, bien équipée, c'est un vrai coup de coeur ! Très grande piscine, avec une température de l'eau parfaite (c'est à dire bien chaude !). Des vélos à disposition pour toute la famille, tellement pratique pour se rendre à la plage ou au centre du village sur des pistes cyclables sécurisées. En bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Marseillan et recommandons vivement cette location !

Très bon emplacement et situation Dommage que la villa et surtout les extérieurs ne sont pas vraiment entretenus Les 4 SDB dans l’annonce ne sont en réalité que 2 SDB + 2 WC La climatisation n’est présente que dans 2 chambres Terrain de pétanque inexistant etc… En résumé, peut mieux faire

Merveilleuse villa

Très bien située à mi-chemin entre Marseillan plage et Marseillan ville, cette villa offre de vastes espaces de vie, un jardin énorme avec différentes expositions et une piscine XXL. La villa est équipée au top avec plancha, BBQ, … Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été fluides. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Noël à Marseillan

Nous avons passé Noël dans la villa de Kerry. L'intérieur de la villa était décoré lors de notre arrivée (guirelandes et decorations lumieuses) et un sapin et des guirlandes était à notre disposition. La villa est spacieuse bien équipée et agréables. La villa est située à quelques mètres de la piste cyclable, c'est très appréciable avec les enfants. Il faut quelques minutes pour rejoindre Marseillan et son marché de Noël très animé. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous remercions Kerry qui, à distance, à su répondre à toutes nos demandes.

Riesiges Haus mit grossem Umschwung und grossem Pool

Diese Haus ist wirklich wunderbar. Es hat so viele schöne Details. Obwohl wir in der 2. Oktoberwoche schon abseits der Touristensaison waren, war der Pool noch angenehm warm. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer Strasse, die aber wirklich nicht zu hören ist. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in genügender Ausführung vorhanden. Und die Pfannen waren auch neu, so konnten wir wirklich kochen wie zu Hause. Den Supermarkt konnten wir mit dem Auto in kurzer Fahrdistanz erreichen. Ein Bäcker gibt es auch in nächster Nähe. Die schöne Natur (direkt vor der Haustüre sind Flamingos) lädt zum Spazieren ein. Jeden Tag haben wir uns mit dem neuen Billiardtisch und dem PinPong Tisch mit den Kids vergnügt. Abends wenn es kalt wurde, haben wir uns auf der Couch einen Netflix Film angeschaut. Es ist so gemütlich. Der Gastgeber Karry, hat uns immer auf unsere Fragen schnell geantwortet und Vor Ort alles organisiert. Danke nochmal Kerry! Wir hatten einen Super Aufenthalt!

Une maison spacieuse et originale

Au calme, tout proche de l’étang, nous avons séjourné dans cette belle et grande maison. Tout est prévu pour s’y sentir comme chez soi. Tous les équipements sont présents et fonctionnels. La piscine est très vaste, et très bien entretenue. Comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs.

A great holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Marseillan! The house was full of character, calm, comfortable, and with plenty of space for a bigger group to relax. There were extras such as bikes, pool table, ping pong table and inflatables which were great for a family. We were a mixed family group of 8 aged between 7-75. The pool and outside space were a super asset especially with slightly older children and we enjoyed the outdoor grill when cooking at home. The beach (sandy) and lovely town of Marseillan are both easily accessible by bike, and a huge Carrefour is 5 mins away in the car. There is lots to explore in the area, we did the big water park with the kids, and different parts of the group visited Beziers, Agde, Montpellier. But if you just want to hang out by the pool or nearby beach there is enough at the house and locally too. Communication with Kerry was great - she was flexible with the booking with current travel uncertainty and was easily contactable while we were at the property if we needed help with anything. Overall I would highly recommend the property and hosts for a relaxing and comfortable break away.

Maison idéale pour grande famille

La maison est idéale pour les grandes familles. Chacun trouve sa place et son occupation. La piscine est vraiment grande et l accessibilité à des vélos est un vrai plus! Tout est bien pensé, on a tout ce que l‘on a besoin sur place . Kerry est très réactive ! Nous recommandons cette maison à 100%!

Fabuleux séjour
