「Reception was by two very enthusiastic, accommodating, and polite 2 young men. The view from the terrasse is stunning. The place offers a breakfast as part of the stay, unfortunately I had a late dinner in Sefrou, hence I was not hungry, and also ai was in hurry to take a long road to Chefchaouene, I declined. I imagine though that the breakfast must be delcious: they use fresh eggs, honey, and produce all from the farm hens, bees, and garden.」

「The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. 」

「The elevator is not working well」

「Mia hotel everything was perfect for me more staff was kind and breakfast was good」

「The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby...

「room space is good with swimming pool view，comfortable」

「Ok」

「This Riad is 300 years old and kept in very good condition. Mohammed and Derys are very hospitable managers and helped us a lot. Rooms are decent and for the reasonable price, good value. We recommend this Riad, especially as it's only a few minutes from the Blue Gate.」
