“The hotel is amazing, housed in a centuries old palace and an easy walk to the main fort. Our luxury suite facing part of the museum was just beautiful. The service was excellent, the room clean, the restaurant has an extraordinary view at night. Our only concern was the lovely pool was infested by pigeons and covered in scum. After a very hot day exploring Jaisalmer that was disappointing. But it will be a lovely memory. ”

“這是我這趟旅程最喜歡的飯店，有很棒的服務，頂樓的餐廳可以遠眺Jaisalmer的風景，雖然他提供的沙漠行程費用較高，但我也覺得物超所值，很親切的吉普車司機與駝夫，在沙漠提供的食物也算乾淨，且吃到飽，沙漠行程結束之後還提供一間房間給我們洗澡。”

“I had checked late in night and it was very hard to wake them up for check-in. Neither their was any bell to ring nor contact number were picked. After knocking door several time they opened the door and i was checked in”

“Loved my stay at here—completely overdelivered for the price. New property, beautifully maintained. Fantastic location, a 5 minute walk from the fort entrance. Gorgeous rooftop area with the best views in town. Lovely, attentive staff. Helped me upgrade easily when a room became available. They don’t have a traditional restaurant, but the food they had was very good. Only quibble was that the pool wasn’t quite clean enough to swim in. Otherwise, great stay.”

“The hotel has been open for +10 years and is currently expanding. The design of the hotel is on three levels, with quiet, shady, cool corners as well as sunny rooftop dinning areas. The dining areas have great views of the Jaisalmer Fort, which is a located two hundred metres away. The craftsmanship of the lobby and rooms is excellent. Following the style of the historic Havelis in the area and made with stone and intricate woodworking. Best of all was the Hotel Manager, called Khan. He made……

“The Marina Mahal is a great value option close to the centre of Jaisalmer. Akbar and Marina are a delightful Indian/New Zealand couple who are extremely hospitable and who do everything to make your stay memorable. They can arrange a brilliant trip into the desert. The vegetarian food in the rooftop restaurant is excellent and the views are stunning. Rooms are comfortable with AC, reliable hot water and free WiFi and the whole place exudes local atmosphere. Highly recommended!”
